Just tired

This morning woke up at 7am to prepare for my 2nd track training in the holidays. Haha! Quite a few are very shocked to see me missing for the past few weeks for training. For the IVP, I was thrown to 1500m, which I had never ran before in my life. But I was in the reserves.

So today trained with the mid-distance runners and hell it was tiring after running for 1.2km. I felt giddy and felt like vomiting so I just stopped and resumed at the last workout. Also, I think I injured my knee or something, maybe added to much pressure to it while running. RAH!

Got a feeling that I can't commit much to track. See how it goes.
